Please
come and join us – we are very keen to welcome
new members.
We are particularly seeking to increase our playing membership
with the addition of a number of more experienced players
with differing levels of ability. We have a lot of promising
young players but they need to benefit from playing with
enthusiastic team mates who have been around a year or
two.
We have four league sides on a Saturday and one on a Sunday, a variety of
friendly games
also on Sundays, and occasional mid-week fixtures, including
Cup competitions. The winter does not curtail activity – there
are two sides in the regional indoor league, due to restart in 2008/09.
Why not ask a friend to play? - Existing members, particularly,
are encouraged to use their own contacts amongst friends
and other clubs to recruit and welcome new members.
